Tak'Oba arriving to the Deans Assembly

Twice a year, when the two suns of Oloma are farthest apart, all the elders of Oloma's towns and villages gather to discuss political and social measures.

Each dean has the same political power as the others.

The size of their town or village is not taken into account.

This form of decentralized power forces them to find compromises and make sure that the good of all is the priority.
