The Green

Duka is a small mining village housing the planet's best emerald jewelers.

Straddling a plain and a tree-filled hill, the village is built around The Green Cave, discovered by accident hundreds of years ago by a young Ecleray who had lost his way.

The large emerald deposit gave its name to the cave and the town, Duka meaning The Green in Ecleray.

The Eclerays have a respectful approach to excavation.

Their goal is to dig as little as possible to preserve their planet.

By moistening their hand and vibrating it on the walls, they can probe the rock and detect the differences in vibrations that lead to emeralds.

Duka is the village where Tak'Oba comes from.
