Catmeleons are powerful wild animals.

They use their feathers to reflect the light of the two suns.

Depending on the angle of inclination, the feathers reflect a different color.

Catmeleons use this technique to camouflage themselves in their environment and hunt without being spotted.

They have gradually lost their status as wild animals to the benevolent Eclerays.

Inhabitants of Oloma use them as mounts thanks to their powerful legs and endurance.

While transport systems have been developed around Ascanda, catmeleons are the most common transport between remote villages.

In Tak'Oba : Original Vanguards, Selos is a catmeleon.
