# Zaza

The zazas are able to change the note of their singing according to what they hear. 

They, therefore, **make perfect musical partners for the** [<mark style="color:red;">**Eclerays**</mark>](/vyder-lore-book/species/eclerays.md).&#x20;

This skill has allowed them to be taken in by the Eclerays, who have integrated them into their orchestras.&#x20;

Before that, these birds were the **favorite prey of the** [<mark style="color:red;">**Fabwook**</mark>](/vyder-lore-book/planets/oloma/bestiary/fabwook.md).&#x20;

The activity around Eclerays homes impressed the predators to the point of repelling them.&#x20;

**Their song probably saved their species,** thus Ecleray gave them this name. Zaza meaning Miraculous in Ecleray language.&#x20;

Today, the Zaza live in perfect harmony with the Eclerays, far from the dangers of the jungle.
