# Oloma

Oloma is the home planet of the [<mark style="color:red;">Ecleray</mark>](/vyder-lore-book/species/eclerays.md) species.

**It's a verdant paradise**, where towering mountains are swathed in lush foliage.&#x20;

Its 2 suns blaze in a fiery dance in the sky.&#x20;

The air is thick with the heady scent of exotic blooms.&#x20;

This is here, in the middle of the jungle, in a basin, that the first [<mark style="color:red;">Warp Gate</mark>](/vyder-lore-book/the-universe/the-warp-gates.md) was discovered.

When you take a look at the ground, you discover a riot of color...&#x20;

...**As if a painter's brush had been swept across the land in wild**, impassioned strokes.&#x20;

**The jungles cover the major part of Oloma** and teem with life, a symphony of calls and songs. &#x20;

If you manage to pass through, the plains stretch out.&#x20;

A sea of grasses swaying in the breeze, offering a stark contrast to **the wild beauty of the mountains and jungles**.

**Rivers run swift and deep, carving their way** through the green wilderness eventually flowing into vast oceans.
